Leadership Team

Michelle Davidson joined Tommy’s Express Car Wash in September 2024 as the Director of Retail Performance, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in operations leadership and training within the QSR industry. She began her career in 1989 as a team member for a Taco Bell franchisee, steadily rising to become the Director of Operations and Training, a role she held until 2018. Prior to joining Tommy’s Express, Michelle worked with RBI, where she initially oversaw operations in the Central U.S. Most recently, she led a team dedicated to supporting franchisees in optimizing their daily operations. She collaborated closely with development, marketing, and training teams to implement robust systems, ensuring franchisee profitability and operational excellence. Michelle is an alumnus of Auburn University, where she studied Child Psychology.
