1. How does the first month free promotion work?

Are you a new guest? Welcome! Download our app from your favorite store, and your first month of washing is free! (This promotion is only available for your first vehicle.) 

Simply download the app, enter your payment and vehicle information, accept our terms and conditions, and start washing.

You’re welcome to choose any wash package you’d like (but our favorite is The WORKS!) You’ll get an email confirming your 30 days of washing has begun, and a reminder when it’s about to end. 

2. Can Tommy’s Express wash dually pickup trucks?

Yes! We can wash vehicles up to 96 inches wide and 84 inches tall. With our conveyor belt entry, we’re also able to wash low-profile vehicles. That means that most Jeeps, lowered vehicles, dually pickup trucks, and even lifted vehicles fit comfortably through the arches.  

If you’re unsure, stop and ask a team member if your vehicle can go through at your local Tommy’s Express location. 

3. Does Tommy’s Express have towels? 

You’re in luck! Tommy’s Express uses a specialized drying agent with our spot-free rinse. These two products, and our powerful heated dryers, create a potent synergy to send your vehicle off the belt with little to no water left behind. As you exit the belt and the wind hits your vehicle, the combination should blow the rest of the water off.

You will leave our wash 85% dry, but with our spot-free water, there is no need to dry off your vehicle! Simply drive 2-3 miles down the road and your vehicle will be completely dry and spot-free.

Additionally, our reverse osmosis systems use a powerful filtration system to produce purified water for the spot-free rinse. Even if some water is on your vehicle, once it does dry, you’ll never know it was there! No towels needed.

In an era of near-constant technology updates, it’s hard to keep track of all the device, software, and app features. Sometimes, it feels like a guessing game of “What does this button do?”

That’s why we’ve designed the Tommy’s Express app to be simple and easy for anyone to use.

After you download the app, you can explore our wash plan options to choose your favorite. Once you sign up for a membership on the Tommy’s Express app, you are officially enrolled in TommyClub.

Perks of the Tommy’s Express car wash membership 

Once you have a car wash membership, you unlock access to the app lanes at all Tommy’s Express locations. Cross “waiting in line” and “stopping at the service window” off your to-do list.

There’s no need to pull out your phone either when pulling up to the app lane gate. 

We ask you for your vehicle’s license plate, make, and model during the sign-up process. By collecting this information, our systems can automatically scan and recognize your vehicle’s license plate upon approaching our gates. 

As this happens, our systems will link your license plate to the wash package set on your account. Then the gates will open, and you will be able to wash your vehicle by slowly pulling around and heading into the tunnel. 

For easy loading onto our conveyor belt, drive your front tires onto the belt and place your vehicle in neutral. Our conveyor belt system will do the rest of the moving for you.

Similarly, as the wash is angled downhill, once your tires maneuver off the belt, you can place your vehicle in drive again.

Get the full TommyClub membership experience

Your TommyClub experience doesn’t end at the tunnel.

If you pull around the corner of the wash exit, you will have full access to our free vacuum and mat washing stations*. Here you can clean the inside of your ride and toss out your garbage.

Tommy’s Express is known for washing vehicles in three minutes or less. Our license plate reading technology and TommyClub app lanes significantly contribute to our fast car processing rate.

Welcome to TommyClub! We’re excited that you downloaded our app and love your ride as much as we love washing it. Are you looking for a way to update your TommyClub account?   

You can always manage all your account details right inside the app. It’s easy to access to all things account-related. 

Currently, the app is the single point of entry to log in to your account. We do not offer a login through our website. But you never know what’s to come!  

Using the Tommy’s Express app

You can view and manage all your memberships and subscriptions on the Tommy’s Express Car Wash app. 

After downloading and opening the app, you’ll see a prompt for you to either login or sign up. From here, you’ll be able to log in to Tommy’s Express and your TommyClub account. Next: 

1. Enter the email address associated with your account.
2. The app will recognize your email and send a 5-digit code to your email and your phone.
3. Enter the code into the app.

And just like that, all access for Tommy’s Express Car Wash app is at your fingertips!

The answer is yes! Here are the resources and information you need to make your transfer quick, easy, and simple.

Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to transfer your subscription: 

Steps to transfer your TommyClub membership:

1. Open the Tommy’s Express app on your smart phone. 

2. Tap the three navigation lines in the top left-hand corner. 

3. Tap My Garage 

4. Tap on the vehicle you need to change 

5. Tap “Transfer plan to another vehicle” on the bottom left. 

6. Select or add the vehicle you’d like to transfer the plan to. 

7. Tap Continue 

8. Confirm your transfer and continue washing with your new ride! 

That’s all it takes. No phone calls, no hassle, so you can keep your clean routine going uninterrupted. 

Please NOTE: You can only transfer your subscription once every 30 days. If you have the same plate but need to update the vehicle, this can be done under the “edit vehicle” tab. If the plate is changing, this is when you would complete a subscription transfer.

You can also follow these seven simple steps: 

1. Open the Tommy’s Express App to edit your TommyClub membership.
2. Tap the three-line account symbol in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Tap “Billing.”
4. Tap the Credit Card field at the top of the page, then hit the “Edit” button.
5. Enter your new card information.
6. Tap “Update Card” at the bottom of the screen.
7. Wash often.

If you ever need to change payment info, refer back to this page or take a screenshot to save it on your phone. 

We want to make it simple and hassle-free to change your membership.

Hey, we get it. You want to claim your free month of washing and the steps to get there seem long. Adding a credit card in the Tommy’s Express app is one more line on your to-do list. 

A monthly car wash membership is worth it, though!

Skipping the line and washing an unlimited number of times per month gets you where you want to be faster and (the best part!) with a clean, shiny ride. No matter the weather – the spring thaw, slushy winter weather, dust and dirt – you can run your vehicle through the wash and keep it looking its best. 

Like any other subscription (i.e., Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, etc.), a form of payment is needed to join TommyClub, so we ask for a credit card. This step also helps avoid fraud. To validate your account, we have to make sure you’re legit!

To make it easy on you, all unlimited membership transactions are billed on a monthly schedule. You can update or cancel your membership at any time in the app. We try to make it as simple as possible to control your information. 

How to change card info in the Tommy’s Express app  

Our team is regularly asked how to update a payment for TommyClub. What’s awesome about TommyClub is that you don’t have to call, email, print and mail a form, or donate a kidney to change a tiny piece of information. You can do it all yourself in the app!

We don’t add extra barriers or create hoops for you to jump through. Just log in and update as needed. Our goal is to make your Tommy’s Car Wash payment the easiest it can be. 

There are legal requirements we have to abide by, but trust us when we say we’re always working to improve our app for the best possible guest experience.

PayPerWash is exactly what it sounds like – you save your card and preferred wash package information using our Tommy’s Express app. You are automatically billed each time you wash your car at your local Tommy’s Express Car Wash. There are no monthly fees and no recurring membership costs with this pay-as-you-go option.  

It’s TommyClub®, but on your terms. You can use the App lanes without worrying about the wait at the window.

No need to have your phone out or the app open either. Our LPR (license plate recognition) system will know it’s you!

PayPerWash is a great way to see what Tommy’s Express Car Wash is all about. Experience the wash quality, get to know the team members, and decide later if you want to become a member.  

If you have multiple cars or teen drivers, PayPerWash is an excellent option to ensure all of your cars stay clean. You can manage the memberships from one phone and don’t have to send your kids with your credit card to the wash to keep their cars clean. Less work for you, more freedom for them.
