• Utility trucks with ladders or attachments are not recommended. Recommended max height is 84 inches, and the width is 94 inches.

Inside the app is MyGarage, where you can manage your vehicles, change and view your wash subscriptions, and apply your Tommy’s Express coupon codes and car wash gift cards. Plus, just by having a TommyClub account, you can access the app lanes at all our locations. 

Simplified payment periods

Following our goal of making washing more manageable, we’ve even developed a way to simplify payment periods. 

No matter how many vehicles you have on your account, your charge date will be the same date every month. That date is the day you created your account and added your first vehicle to the app. 

By creating this system for subscription payments, we have made it easier to handle your expenses and keep track of your billing periods.  

But what if you want to use a Tommy’s Express coupon code on your second vehicle? 

Using your Tommy’s Express coupon code

When wanting to use a promo code or a Tommy’s Express Car Wash gift card, it’s hard to wait until the end of your billing period to get your free washes. 

Lucky for you, you don’t have to wait! 

You can apply an offer to any vehicle in your TommyClub account. 

For instance, if you were gifted a Tommy’s Express 1 Month WORKS car wash gift card, you can use it on the second vehicle on your account, your vehicle. 

However, suppose you have an Unlimited subscription already applied to that vehicle and used your gift card in the middle of a billing period. You might notice there’s a charge on your account when the billing date comes around. 

The Tommy’s Express app will use the billing date of your first vehicle wash plan as the monthly billing date for all of your account’s subscriptions. This system allows all of the vehicles to catch up with each other and bill at the same time. 

Your second vehicle is being charged for a prorated amount to start billing the following month on your single account billing date. 

What if I pay for a second vehicle and use a promo code mid-month?

If you already paid $30 for an Unlimited WORKS wash package on your second vehicle and you used your promotional code in the middle of the month, you will only be charged for the half of the month you used, as well as for the remaining days following the free wash plan’s end.  

This way, you are not cut short on your wash time, and you can still renew both of your vehicle’s subscriptions each month without any hassle. 

So, if you get your hands on a gift card or promo code, don’t worry about waiting. Download the Tommy’s Express Car Wash app and ride clean sooner rather than later.

In an era of near-constant technology updates, it’s hard to keep track of all the device, software, and app features. Sometimes, it feels like a guessing game of “What does this button do?”

That’s why we’ve designed the Tommy’s Express app to be simple and easy for anyone to use.

After you download the app, you can explore our wash plan options to choose your favorite. Once you sign up for a membership on the Tommy’s Express app, you are officially enrolled in TommyClub.

Perks of the Tommy’s Express car wash membership 

Once you have a car wash membership, you unlock access to the app lanes at all Tommy’s Express locations. Cross “waiting in line” and “stopping at the service window” off your to-do list.

There’s no need to pull out your phone either when pulling up to the app lane gate. 

We ask you for your vehicle’s license plate, make, and model during the sign-up process. By collecting this information, our systems can automatically scan and recognize your vehicle’s license plate upon approaching our gates. 

As this happens, our systems will link your license plate to the wash package set on your account. Then the gates will open, and you will be able to wash your vehicle by slowly pulling around and heading into the tunnel. 

For easy loading onto our conveyor belt, drive your front tires onto the belt and place your vehicle in neutral. Our conveyor belt system will do the rest of the moving for you.

Similarly, as the wash is angled downhill, once your tires maneuver off the belt, you can place your vehicle in drive again.

Your TommyClub experience doesn’t end at the tunnel.

If you pull around the corner of the wash exit, you will have full access to our free vacuum and mat washing stations*. Here you can clean the inside of your ride and toss out your garbage.

Using the Tommy’s Express app

You can view and manage all your memberships and subscriptions on the Tommy’s Express Car Wash app. 

After downloading and opening the app, you’ll see a prompt for you to either login or sign up. From here, you’ll be able to log in to Tommy’s Express and your TommyClub account. Next: 

1. Enter the email address associated with your account.
2. The app will recognize your email and send a 5-digit code to your email and your phone.
3. Enter the code into the app.

And just like that, all access for Tommy’s Express Car Wash app is at your fingertips!

Guests often ask if we offer multiple-vehicle memberships, and we do offer a multiple-vehicle discount with our exclusive Family Plan. 

Just to be clear: Every car that goes through the wash must have its own membership. The unlimited plans apply to each individual car (since we scan your license plate and read your make and model), so it’s not possible to share one unlimited plan with multiple cars. However, we do offer the Family Plan as a thank-you for washing with us! 

A membership plan that’s right for you

If you’re juggling multiple cars and want to save on your subscriptions, look no further than the TommyClub Family Plan! 

Each membership after your second vehicle will receive a $5 discount. 

Again, it is essential to note that each vehicle will have its own individual monthly wash membership, which will be renewed automatically each month. Because of this, if you receive or purchase a code for a free or discounted first month, that code is good for only one vehicle of your choosing and is not valid for the entire account. 

However, you can still have multiple vehicles on one account. 

And even better, you can choose to have all memberships on the same credit card, making payments simple and easy. 

By using My Garage on the Tommy’s Express app, you’re able to add and manage your vehicles and their separate memberships, as well as monitor their payment plans and billing dates. To add a new vehicle to My Garage: 

1. Tap the navigation lines in the top right-hand corner.
2. Tap My Garage.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the “+” button that says Add Another Car?
4. If you haven’t yet added any vehicles, tap the “+” button below the empty garage.
5. Fill out the vehicle information form entirely. Make sure your license plate is accurate!
6. Tap Next.
7. Select the Unlimited or PayPerWash plan you’d like, and tap Next.
8. Review and complete your purchase.

When you visit Tommy’s Express, it’s a car wash experience like no other. 

We use specialized, innovative wash equipment and advanced systems for the best wash possible – and we’re constantly making improvements. Add in our free vacuums and floor mat washers* (as well as detail kits!), and it’s easy to complete the clean. Your car interior deserves to sparkle just as much as the outside!

To help you elevate your car wash, the Tommy’s Express wash plan menu offers a plethora of car wash packages.  

You may want a different wash package at different times of the year. For instance, maybe you started out at the QUALITY package for the basic exterior wash, but in the winter, you really want to upgrade and add an underbody flush. It’s essential in climates that use lots of road chemicals, sand, or salt.

Or, in sunny climates, you might want to protect your vehicle from UV rays, pollen, and road grit with Rainbow Coat. The WORKS unlimited car wash plan is the best protector – it also includes our Ceramic Body Wax®, which fills in microscopic irregularities in your clearcoat and paint. Changing your subscription

When you upgrade, you’ll receive a pro-rated charge which will be based on your original billing date. No need to wait until your next billing date to get the wash you want now! 

You can also easily change your plan to meet your financial needs. 

If you’re looking to downgrade your car wash plan, there are two options: You can either downgrade immediately (however, this does not provide a refund) or choose to have your downgrade begin on your next billing date.  

So, unless you need to downgrade to a different car wash package ASAP, you don’t have to worry about losing the remaining time of the subscription you already paid for. Plus, you can always return to a better wash plan once you’re ready!   

To change your Tommy’s Express subscription:

1. Open the Tommy’s Express app on your device.
2. Tap the three navigation lines in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Tap My Garage
4. Tap on the vehicle you want to change.
5. Tap the Edit Wash Plan.
6. Select your new plan.
7. Tap Confirm.

Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to transfer your subscription: 

Steps to transfer your TommyClub membership:

1. Open the Tommy’s Express app on your smart phone. 

2. Tap the three navigation lines in the top left-hand corner. 

3. Tap My Garage 

4. Tap on the vehicle you need to change 

5. Tap “Transfer plan to another vehicle” on the bottom left. 

6. Select or add the vehicle you’d like to transfer the plan to. 

7. Tap Continue 

8. Confirm your transfer and continue washing with your new ride! 

That’s all it takes. No phone calls, no hassle, so you can keep your clean routine going uninterrupted. 

Please NOTE: You can only transfer your subscription once every 30 days. If you have the same plate but need to update the vehicle, this can be done under the “edit vehicle” tab. If the plate is changing, this is when you would complete a subscription transfer.
